How can this be GPL? Unless you took the photo or something similar you can not release this under the GPL, because it is not your creation!

I don't speak english.
Yes i cannot to create Pamela Anderson i'm not God, but i can to create (or better) i can to change the photo.
To change the photo is a new creation.

But the original was not released under the GPL, so your version is a breach of copyright.

I know it sounds absurd and is quite annoying for all of us, but that's the fact.
